NEW Sinfonia Commission
Through the kind support of the Vaughan Williams Foundation, Cameron has been commissioned to compose a new work for the Welsh chamber orchestra, NEW Sinfonia.This will be part of their ongoing 'Great Sound Exhibition' with the project responding to the Natural Environment in the North East of Wales. The exhibition will take place on Saturday the 26th November, Llangollen.
Cheltenham Composers' Academy 2022
Cameron has been one of the six composers selected to participate in the Cheltenham Composers' Academy for 2022. Over the course of the week he will workshop his piece, Clockwork Mechanisms', with performers Fenella Humphries and Mahan Esfahani ahead of the premier performance at the Composium on the 15th July at the Parabola Arts Centre.

Alongside this he will gain expert tuition from resident composer mentor, Daniel Kidane and professional development sessions revolving around being an active freelance composer. This will be complemented by access to a range of concerts and guest talks.
Psappha's 'Composing For' Flute and Harp Scheme
As part of the Psappha's annual 'Composing For...', Cameron collaborated with Flautist, Conrad Marshall and Harpist, Lauren Scott over several months which culminated in the final recording day in Halle St. Peters. His piece entitled, The Rippling Tide, was written for Alto Flute and Harp and takes inspiration from the North Wales Coastline. The piece will be premiered on Psappha's Youtube Channel on the 26th July, 8:30pm.
RSNO Composers' Hub 21:22
The final day of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra's Composers' Hub Scheme was an all day workshop with the orchestra. Cameron's piece Aftershock's was workshopped and developed in collaboration with the individual players of the orchestra. Over the course of the year Cameron also received guidance from Stuart MacRae, along with other guest mentors from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Commission From Norfolk & Norwich Festival
Cameron was one of nine composers commissioned by the Norfolk & Norwich Festival to celebrate their 250th Anniversary. With this commission, he will collaborate with members National Youth Jazz Orchestra to produce a fanfare to introduce a variety of their concerts.
